If you’d like to know a little more about me and my background then check out the About Me page, I delve a little deeper into why I created JL Fit Nutrition and what I hope to achieve.
As a child of the internet-era I have no issue with people sharing and recreating my recipes and photos (in fact I would LOVE to see your own versions of my creations!), just please remember to provide a link to my page or credit me if you do. I also love feedback and interaction so I always encourage you to leave me a comment – connecting with other foodies is a big reason why I wanted to start blogging in the first place! You can also contact me via the ‘Contact Me’ box at the bottom of the page.
So that’s it! Thanks for taking the time to check out JL Fit Nutrition and The Fit Kitchen Blog. Now go download the free e-book, start cooking up a storm and hopefully see you back here again soon!
