Why are your programs different to all the other fat-loss, ‘get thin quick’ diet plans that are available? Firstly, I don't ever offer a ‘get thin quick’ diet. All the nutritional guidelines are written for longevity and can be implemented and followed for the rest of your life. I’m not promising (or even trying!) to have you lose 5kg in one week, I’m trying to show you how you can enjoy food with flexibility and balance to lose body fat and build the body you’ve always wanted.
Secondly, I have a Bachelors Degree as well as a nationally recognised nutrition certificate so I have spent years studying to be able to give you the best and most reliable information to help you reach your goals. I don’t want to see you lose weight as quickly as possible; I want to make sure you lose fat and keep it off for the rest of your life.
Am I allowed to eat dairy/carbs/sweets?
There are no banned foods because my plans utilise flexible dieting protocols, so it’s all about portion control and balance. The point is to learn to incorporate everything in moderation so you don’t have to resort to extremes diets and detoxes. You can eat whatever you like– as long as it fits your personal requirements.
How do I know which program is best for me?
JL Fit Nutrition programs are suitable for anyone, as we have options that allow for as much or as little guidance as you like.
If you feel that your health and nutrition is in pretty good shape but would like still like some specific guidance and an overall health and dietary analysis then go with a mini on-line consultation.
If you are overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information that's available and would like increased support, guidance and accountability then book a one-on-one consultation.

How will I receive the cookbook?
